The Rogers Centre, formerly SkyDome, is situated next to the CN Tower.

The Rogers Centre is a multi purpose Stadium completed in 1989.

The Stadium is home to the American League's Toronto Blue Jays, Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts, holds the annual International Bowl American college football bowl game, and since 2008, the National Football League's Buffalo Bill's.

The Old City Hall is situated about 1 mile northeast of the CN Tower.

At the time of its completion in 1899, the Old City Hall was the largest building in Toronto, as well as the largest Civic Building in North America.

The Old City Hall has served as a Courthouse since the completion of the new City Hall in 1965.

Just across the road is the New City Hall, a large modern building. The pool area around the new City Hall is a popular spot in summer. In winter months, the pool serves as an ice skating rink.

Also in the area is the Eaton Centre, in terms of the number of visitors, this large shopping mall, is Toronto's top tourist attraction, with around one million visitors per week. Reviews

The Cathedral Church of St James is situated a short distance south of the Old City Hall, about 1 mile northeast of the CN Tower.

The Cathedral Church of St James is the oldest congregation in the City, the parish was established in 1797.

The Building that can be seen today, was completed in 1853 to desigs by Fredrick Cumberlandas, in Gothic Revival architecture. The length of the Cathedral is 198 feet.

St. Michael's Cathedral is a Roman Catholic Cathedral also situated in this area, one of the oldest Churches in the City. It is situated at 200 Church Street in Toronto's Garden District, just east of the Old City Hall. St. Michael's was built by William Thomas from 1845-1848, financed by Irish immigrants.
